Sub-par proposal gets C++ from hacker

With the National Security Inquiry  continuing to make waves in the public arena, one voice has remained decidedly silence – the voice of online hackers.

The proposed amendments to current online security legislation have the potential to heavily impact these hackers, who have the skills to identify and exploit weaknesses in technology security systems.

We delved into the gritty underbelly of cyber crime to speak to one of these Godfathers and see how the experts viewed the  proposal.
