MACAN: A Turn for Indonesia’s Art World
In November of 2017, a revolutionary arts venue in West Jakarta is set to open its doors to the public ushering in a new era for the archipelago’s burgeoning art scene.
The Museum for Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (Museum MACAN) is the first institution of its kind in Indonesia and is set to fill the longstanding gap in the nation’s museum infrastructure.
