Queensland’s latest surrogacy ban restrict same-sex couples, singles and heterosexual couples in a de-facto relationship under two years from having altruistic surrogacies.

Previous surrogate mother Rachel Kunde is disappointed by the withdraw of rights of pregnancy and child birth  from same-sex couples which, according to the World Health Organisation, are normal life experience.

Research shows that same-sex couples are as adequate in parenting as heterosexual couples, which psychologist believes the ethics debate of surrogacy is exploiting the LGBTI community.
