The final of the Three Minute Thesis competition is being held at the University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus at 2pm on September 18. The event will be streamed live in both video and audio formats, both of which can be accessed here on JACdigital. The LiveStream video feed will commence at 2pm, as will a live audio stream via JACradio.
3MT is an annual skills development activity that challenges research higher degree students to communicate the significance of their projects to a non-specialist audience in just three minutes. First developed by UQ in 2008, it is now held in many countries across the world including Canada, Great Britain, New Zealand and Hong Kong.
The winner of the 2012 3MT UQ Final will compete in the prestigious 3MT Trans-Tasman Final on Thursday, 11 October 2012.
