COMU3150 – Alex Fogarty Fitness Challenge
I’m sure everyone has felt a bit depressed or anxious because of COVID and it has definitely disrupted our routine with snap lockdowns and masks mandates always changing. For me in particular I have dropped my fitness level considerably so I will try and make small changes to get back to where I used to be pre COVID.
I am doing a 7 day challenge to use my exercise bike everyday as well as eat clean. By doing 7 days I can commit to shorter time frame and track and monitor my physical changes but also my psychological changes and my relationship with food, health and fitness.
